The Ebola virus outbreak that has killed more than 1,800 people in the Democratic Republic of the Congo is now the second-largest Ebola outbreak on record.The case count has surpassed 4,000 and includes at least 1,852 deaths, according to the CDC, which warned that the virus is “spreading substantially faster” than any previous Ebola outbreak.
