Demand for DRAM has skyrocketed due to the rapid expansion of AI data centers, prompting DRAM manufacturers to invest tens of billions of dollars in expanding production capacity. As one of the top three DRAM producers globally, SK Hynix has also announced plans to invest in new fabs and ramp up production.
