According to Sky News, Toney was charged on Thursday, 31 July, and is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday, 24 September.
England international footballer Ivan Toney has been charged with assault at a Soho nightclub, Sky News reports.
The 30-year-old striker, who currently plays for Saudi Arabian club Al-Ahli, is accused of assault occasioning actual bodily harm in connection with an incident on 6 December 2025 at a nightclub on Wardour Street, central London.
According to Sky News, Toney was charged on Thursday, 31 July, and is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday, 24 September.
