A disagreement over direct natural gas sales from the Khor Mor field in the Kurdistan region to federal Iraq escalated Friday, with Dana Gas and Crescent Petroleum rejecting the Kurdistan Regional Government’s (KRG) claim that the supplies required Erbil’s approval and asserting exclusive contractual rights to market surplus production.
