In the temporarily occupied Crimea, the Hvardiiske military airfield was attacked on the night of August 7, and a fuel and lubricants depot caught fire.

According to Ukrinform, the Crimean Wind Telegram channel reported this.

“Aircraft were landing at the Hvardiiske airfield; the fuel and lubricants depot is on fire, and the detonations of small-arms ammunition can be heard,” the message states.

It is noted that the aircraft landings took place from 3:30 a.m. to 3:39 a.m. and from 4:34 a.m. to 4:47 a.m. The fire is very intense, illuminating the surrounding area for several kilometers. In total, two fire hotspots are visible.

The occupiers are launching Shahed drones from this airfield.
