A man who worked for SickKids as a housekeeper has been placed on leave after Toronto police charged him with several child abuse and sexual assault related offences.
Police began an investigation in October of 2024 when they were tipped off about an alleged luring through “telecommunications.” Investigators say the accused was communicating with a 15-year-old through social media and “phone chat applications.” The accused is further believed to have sent explicit images to the minor he was communicating with.
