Nordea Investment Management AB just went back for seconds on its MicroStrategy position. The Nordic bank picked up 3,231 additional shares of the company now formally known as Strategy, a purchase worth roughly $317K that brings its total holdings to 29,767 shares.
The Strategy playbook as Bitcoin gateway
Strategy, under Michael Saylor’s stewardship, has transformed itself into the world’s most prominent corporate Bitcoin treasury. The company holds a massive stash of Bitcoin on its balance sheet, which means every share of MSTR functions as a kind of indirect Bitcoin exposure. For institutional investors bound by mandates that prevent them from holding crypto directly, it’s a convenient workaround.
Nordea’s previous 13F filing showed the bank held 26,536 shares as of March 31, 2026. The additional 3,231 shares represent a roughly 12% increase in that position.
