UEFA declared that it still has no confidence in FIFA president Gianni Infantino despite his decision to abandon a controversial plan to sell stakes in the World Cup.
UEFA said FIFA's withdrawal of the proposal and Infantino's subsequent apology failed to address the fundamental concerns raised by its member associations, stressing that the conditions it had set for reconsidering its position had not been fulfilled.
