The delivery company posted $4.5 billion in revenue and raised its Q3 adjusted EBITDA guidance to as much as $1.1 billion

DoorDash reported second-quarter revenue of $4.5 billion on Wednesday, up 36% year-over-year, and raised its outlook for the current quarter.
Adjusted EBITDA reached $914 million in the second quarter, up 40% from the same period a year earlier and, the company said, "well above" its own expectation. For the third quarter, DoorDash is guiding for Marketplace gross order value of $33 billion to $34 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $950 million to $1.1 billion.
