Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and UK Defense Secretary Wes Streeting discussed Britain's support for protecting Ukrainian cities during Streeting's first visit to Kyiv.

According to Ukrinform, Zelensky shared details of the meeting on Telegram.

"It was a pleasure to welcome Wes Streeting to Kyiv for the first time. We appreciate that his visit comes right after yet another Russian attack on our people. I briefed the Secretary on the consequences of this onslaught against life and on our needs, as Russia seeks to significantly ramp up its ballistic missile production ahead of winter," Zelensky said.
