Princess Eugenie has announced the birth of her baby girl. Eugenie, who is the daughter of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, announced the birth of her third child on Instagram on Tuesday. She gave birth at a hospital in Lisbon, Portugal, on Monday evening, Buckingham Palace said. The princess and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, are taking their time to decide on a name.
