AMMAN — Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan met with Jordan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi and Iraqi Foreign Minister Dr. Fuad Hussein in Amman on Wednesday. Their separate meetings were held on the sidelines of the Ministerial Meeting on Jerusalem and its Holy Sites.During the meeting, Prince Faisal and Safadi reviewed bilateral relations and ways to further strengthen them. They also discussed regional developments, particularly the situation in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, as well as the ongoing efforts being made in this regard.During their meeting, Prince Faisal and Dr. Fuad Hussein reviewed the developments taking place in the region and affirmed the depth of the relations between the two countries. They also emphasized the importance of supporting all efforts that contribute to strengthening Iraq’s interests and its relations with Arab and Islamic countries.They underscored that Iraq’s territory and capabilities are not used as a tool for aggression against its neighbors, while contributing to achieving development and stability for all countries and peoples of the region.
