Uber Technologies Inc.

(NYSE:UBER) stock fell in premarket trading Wednesday after the ride-hailing and delivery company reported second-quarter 2026 results that largely met expectations but offered third-quarter earnings guidance below Wall Street forecasts.

Second-Quarter Results Uber reported revenue of $14.19 billion for the quarter, up 12% from a year earlier but slightly below the analyst consensus estimate of $14.24 billion.

Adjusted earnings were 81 cents per share, matching analysts' expectations.

Gross bookings increased 24% year over year to $58.02 billion, or 22% on a constant-currency basis.
