Vectra AI launches Vectra AI Pro to feed AI agents better attack signals
Threat detection company Vectra AI Inc. today launched Vectra AI Pro, a product built to give the artificial intelligence agents now working inside security operations centers a more reliable read on attacker behavior.
Security teams have spent the past year bolting AI into their workflows to keep pace with attacks running at machine speed. Agents are only as useful as the data they reason over. Most tooling hands them telemetry one domain at a time. Vectra AI Pro instead correlates network, identity and cloud signals into a single account of what an attacker is doing, then passes that to the agents. Also folded in is telemetry from software-as-a-service applications, endpoint detection and response tools and secure access service edge infrastructure.
Vectra calls the bundle trusted signal intelligence. Behavioral detection covers the attack lifecycle, watching for reconnaissance, credential abuse and lateral movement. Data on its way out of the network is tracked the same way. Attribution comes next, tying activity back to a user, a workload or an AI agent, and the company says the net extends to unmanaged systems a security team may never have inventoried. A third layer ranks which entities and attack paths matter most. Exposure validation lets an agent show that a path was closed or an active attack stopped.
