—Launch. BYD unveiled its first Brazilian-market flex-fuel plug-in hybrid, the Song Pro Super Híbrido Flex, on 4 August 2026 at an event in Sertãozinho, São Paulo state.

—Flex tech. The car runs on the DM-i 5.0 system with a 1.5-litre Atkinson-cycle engine that accepts gasoline or ethanol, alongside an electric motor and battery.

—Pricing. Two versions are offered: the GL at R$176,990 (about US$34,800) and the GS at R$199,990 (about US$39,400), sold through 233 dealerships.
