A ghoul dressed in a 'Grim Reaper' outfit has been fined for climbing onto a hospital roof.Leon Gillespie, 26, was fined for the disrespectful stunt, in which he dressed head to toe in the black hooded outfit and stood overlooking the hospital entrance.He was seen brandishing a long blade and was dressed in what appeared to be a black costume like the 'Grim Reaper'. Four police cars and firefighters were called to apprehend the assailant after he remained on the roof for 50 minutes. Hospital visitors were shocked at the rooftop show by the mystery figure at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd hospital in St Asaph, Denbighshire, on Saturday. Gillespie, of Deganwy, pleaded guilty to the offence, and was handed a £200 fine by Llandudno magistrates. Police were called after the man stood overlooking the hospital entrance dressed like the 'Grim Reaper'No reason was given for his behaviour, although his outfit was also described as being a 'crow' instead of the figure of death.In addition, he admitted stealing £30-40 of cat food and cat litter from Pets at Home in Llandudno on March 26, and food and drink from Sainsbury's in Llandudno on May 28.He was ordered to pay £50 in compensation, £100 in fines, and £100 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.A spokesman for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board said: 'The health board has previously stated it has a zero tolerance approach to abuse, aggression or nuisance within its hospital sites.'
