Bato dela Rosa manhunt ongoing – NBI chief Matibag

MANILA, Philippines — National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Melvin Matibag said Tuesday that the manhunt for Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa remains ongoing, following rumors that authorities had already arrested the senator.

Dela Rosa remains at large under an International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant over his alleged involvement in the war on illegal drugs during the administration of former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte.

“No. Not on our part,” Matibag said in Filipino in an interview.
