German data center firm Maincubes has completed the first module of its FRA03 facility in Frankfurt.

In an announcement on social media this week, the developer said the new site would have a capacity of 16MW, with 7,680 sqm (82,665 sq ft) of whitespace across three floors and six IT rooms.

The site will be fully powered by renewables and features waste heat recovery.

Plans for FRA03 were announced in January 2022, with construction starting in Q4 2024. The facility was topped out in June 2025.
