As reported by Latitude Media, the company plans to utilize excess energy capacity at commercial office buildings in major US cities, deploying GPU compute at the locations.

The company is a portfolio business of Montauk Capital and is led by former Lambda executive David Hall.

Hall told Latitude that the company plans to install the GPUs in the basements and mechanical rooms of the office buildings, which have between 500kW and 20MW of spare capacity, noting that 500kW can itself power 240 of the latest Nvidia GPUs.
