Eurofragance, the Barcelona-based fragrance house, has appointed Shekhar Srinivasan as Managing Director for India, effective August 4, 2026. The move signals the company’s continued push into one of its fastest-growing markets.Srinivasan brings over 20 years of leadership experience spanning the specialty chemicals, fragrance, and consumer goods sectors. Most recently, he served as Global Business Head at Godrej Industries (Chemicals), where he managed a global portfolio with measurable revenue and profitability gains. He has also held senior roles at DSM-Firmenich, Ingevity India, Aranca, and PetroTel Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering.In his new role, Srinivasan will oversee business growth, customer partnerships, and market expansion in India. A key priority will be the development of a new manufacturing facility in the country, underlining Eurofragance’s intent to deepen its operational footprint beyond its existing plants in Spain, Singapore, and Mexico.Eurofragance entered the Indian market in 2018 and has since grown its local team to more than 50 employees, serving clients across fine fragrance, home care, and personal care categories.CEO Joan Pere Jimenez said Srinivasan’s experience in complex and dynamic markets would help build on the company’s existing momentum in India.Founded in Barcelona in 1990, Eurofragance is a privately held B2B enterprise with over 600 employees across five continents.
