Saudi Arabia-based enterprise AI startup MOZN has secured a strategic investment from HUMAIN, along with a partnership to develop sovereign AI solutions for financial institutions and public sector organisations in Saudi Arabia and global markets. The investment marks HUMAIN's first investment in a Saudi company and one of the first through HUMAIN Ventures.
Founded in 2017 by Mohammed AlHussein, MOZN develops enterprise AI solutions for financial crime prevention and enterprise knowledge intelligence, serving more than 150 customers across the financial services and public sectors.
The partnership will combine HUMAIN's AI infrastructure with MOZN's enterprise AI products and Forward Deployed Engineering model to build production-ready AI solutions, initially focusing on financial crime prevention, knowledge intelligence, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
The investment will help MOZN expand internationally, speed up the global rollout of its AI platform, and make jointly developed AI applications available through the HUMAIN ONE AI Agent Marketplace, with the first deployments expected to be unveiled at LEAP Riyadh and broader commercial availability planned for H2 2026.
