Joby Aviation is partnering with Atoms, an LA-based robotics company led by former Uber CEO Travis Kalanick, to develop next-generation vertiports for urban air taxis.
Why it matters: As these innovative electric aircraft get closer to reality, they'll need places to land, charge and connect passengers to the rest of their journey.
