A Russian serviceman has opened fire on fellow servicemen and then on local residents in the village of Khmelnytske near occupied Sevastopol, according to Russia's appointed occupation authorities. Four people have been killed and a further four injured.

Details: According to Razvozhayev, the serviceman first shot and killed one fellow serviceman and injured another.

The attacker then allegedly killed three civilians – men aged 71 and 59, and a 64-year-old woman. A further three people were injured.
