The company helps large organisations migrate from legacy CRM systems with minimal business disruption.The startup counts Razorpay, Aakash Education, MediBuddy, HCL GUVI, Cars24, PagarBook, Plum, Qube Cinema and Superhealth among its customers."We are building an agentic operating system that can support the entire revenue function with humans and AI agents working together," Boundia said. "This funding will help us accelerate product development, expand our enterprise presence and strengthen customer service."Boundia said the company has grown tenfold over the past year and currently serves more than 50 enterprise customers across sectors, including banking and financial services, software, education, healthcare, travel and media.Rather than targeting small and medium businesses first, as most SaaS startups do, Superleap has adopted an enterprise-first strategy. The company said its average contract value ranges between $60,000 and $100,000 (Rs 50-80 lakh)According to Boundia, the CRM market has remained largely unchanged for over a decade, with legacy vendors controlling the majority of the market.
