Bake the apples in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes, or until they become soft and lightly caramelised. To prepare the coconut cookie, combine desiccated coconut, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
