The wholesome cookies, made with crunchy coconuts and almond flour, come together with a handful of pantry staples, making them a perfect treat to be enjoyed with a brewing cup of coffee.Healthy cookies: Ingredients required2 cups desiccated coconut1/4 cup of almond flour1 tbsp of coconut oil 2 tbsp of maple syrup1 tbsp of almond milkA pinch of salt ½ tsp of vanilla extractHealthy cookies: How to prepareTo prepare the cookies, first, you have to add the desiccated coconut and almond flour into a bowl, followed by pouring some amount of coconut oil, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract before sprinkling a pinch of salt. Mix everything uniformly until it forms a thick consistency. After that, scoop small portions of the blend onto a lined baking tray.In the next step, gently flatten each one of the scoops into a cookie shape.
