Ahead of Space Exploration Technologies Corp.'s (NASDAQ:SPCX) first public earnings report on Tuesday after the bell, investors submitted questions ranging from whether Starship could be painted pink or named "Shipy McShipface" to AI infrastructure, Starlink expansion and missions to Mars.

Among the lighter questions, investors asked whether SpaceX would paint a rocket pink or allow the public to name a Starship "Shipy McShipface." The "Shipy McShipface" suggestion is a nod to "Boaty McBoatface," the name that won a 2016 online public poll to name a British polar research vessel before organizers ultimately chose RRS Sir David Attenborough instead.

The most-upvoted question, with 850 votes, asked whether the company's mascot, Asteroid, could be used to inspire children through education and charity initiatives, while another with over 740 votes proposed expanding those efforts to encourage more kids to explore space.
