EXCLUSIVE: Junior Andre has revealed that he told Katie Price he 'wasn't going to hold back the truth' when it came to participating in her documentary.18:38, 02 Aug 2026Junior Andre, the son of Katie Price and Peter Andre recently took part in their mother Katie Price's documentary, Katie Price: Nothing to Hide, and in moving scenes broke down in tears as he spoke about how he and his sister were impacted by her cocaine binges.‌Now chatting to the Mirror he has revealed that he was 100% honest in the show, and told his mother he had no plans to hold back the truth if he was going to be interviewed.‌“My mum's had an amazing life, lots of ups and downs. She's one of a kind," Junior began. "And at the end of the day, we want to support both our parents, and we want them both to be happy.‌"So, when it came to this documentary, long story short, I rang up my mum and I was like, 'Listen, these are the questions that they want to ask me. I'm gonna tell you them all, but I'm telling you that I'm gonna answer them all with 100% pure honesty. I'm not gonna hold back.' Because what's the point? I'm not gonna do something to lie or do something to be half-hearted."He revealed he immediately had her full support: "She was like, 'Absolutely, like that makes sense. I want you to be honest'. And I was like, 'Okay, well, you make the decision for me because I want to respect both my parents.'"‌More recently, Junior has admitted on camera on his sister's series The Princess Diaries that he once had a crush on Emily MacDonagh in the years before she went on to marry his dad Peter and become his stepmother.Opening up about the crush Junior said with a laugh: "It's just silly and funny. I was like six years old, and when you're just a little boy, I was a kid. I used to come up with loads of one-liners when I was a little little kid. So it's just one of them." He added: "I think at six years old, I thought every everyone was my girlfriend."During the previous series he also surprised viewers by revealing he spent a year working for TFL. Detailing the experience he revealed he's not someone who lives off his parents, and earned money to pave his own way.‌"I was working for the the TFL on the London Underground, specifically on the Piccadilly line, I was doing night shifts from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 5am every week. I was doing that for about half a year, and then I the remainder of the year, I then worked in an office, kind of recruiting people on the London Underground."He adds that he was 'humbled' by this work and felt it was important to stand on his own two feet financially: "A lot of people will say 'Junior doesn't know what days of hard work looks like', and, 'he's been silver spoon-fed'."‌He added: "I had I didn't have my own money, so I needed to go and get a job. And I'm I'm not one to live off my parents, you know. Obviously, if I if I needed help from my parents, they'd be there for me. But you know, I've got to make a living myself, And that's that's yeah that's what um that's what I did."Junior has grown up in front of the camera, appearing on his parents reality TV show as a child, and later appearing on several other shows including his sister's series The Princess Diaries, which is now on its third season. He says it's 'funny' to reminisce when he stumbles upon old clips.‌"I have seen recently a few clips of of me as a little kid on TikTok, like on on my mum and dad's old reality show, which is just quite funny to look at. You know, quite a few of princess throwing tantrums and me winding her up, and it just shows how our brother and sister bond has grown."He acknowledged that it was 'mad' his whole life has been documented: "I've been on TV since I was born, and it's just quite a mad thought. Like I literally have just grown up on TV and around it, and I'm still doing it now, 21 years later."Junior adds that having fame at such a young age does mean there are a lot of people who misjudge him, making assumptions about his character as a child of celebrities.‌"There's so many misconceptions all the time. People probably think before they meet me that I'm gonna be arrogant, probably big-headed, probably like just snobby," he said. But caveated that despite misconceptions "as soon as people get know me and talk to me, and see I've got time for everyone," their initial thoughts are changed.Junior is now following in his father's footsteps and for the past few years has been releasing music, albeit, a very different genre to his father Peter's classic pop hits. He is now set to perform at the UK Hair and Beauty Awards ceremony in Manchester, and while it's going to be one of his biggest performances to date, the nerves haven't sunk in yet.‌"So usually it hits me kind of the day before. There'll be a bit of anxiety, a bit of nervousness, but it all comes from just me caring and wanting to give the best performance that I can give," he said.When it comes to pre-show rituals, you'll find him working out backstage before a performance: "So obviously vocal warm-ups, but that's standard. I'm pumping the blood around my body, doing push-ups, jumping jacks, whatever. Just just getting the adrenaline, rushing, running on the spot, smacking my chest, like amping myself up, getting myself ready."He also teased: "And yeah, I'm really excited because one of the songs I'll be performing will be my new single that I will be looking to release very soon."Article continues belowHe teased that it might be set to be a raunchier hit, and is titled 'Goosebumps' : "I'll let your mind wander a little bit with with what that could be...it could be to do with love and feeling good, and yeah, that that type of stuff.
