Ecstatic supporters of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan transformed the surroundings by waving party flags and raising thunderous cheers that reverberated across the sprawling complex.
