NASS releases guidelines, appropriate use criteria for use of antithrombotic therapies

The North American Spine Society has released evidence-based clinical guidelines and appropriate use criteria for antithrombotic therapies in adults undergoing spine surgery, according to a press release.“These are very useful documents. They are reasonably concise, comprehensive and up to date. They are not meant to represent standard of care, nor do they replace provider judgment and
