Assetrise Holdings has officially expanded its footprint in Nigeria’s real estate sector with the launch of AssetPremium Homes, unveiling 57 eco-friendly, ready-to-occupy residences across five flagship developments in Lagos as part of its commitment to accelerate urban regeneration while delivering sustainable communities that combine premium living with long-term investment value.
The new subsidiary was unveiled on 25 July 2026 at the Marriott Hotel, Ikeja GRA, before an audience of stakeholders from Nigeria’s construction, engineering, investment and real estate sectors.
Speaking at the press conference were Mr Rotimi Ojamamoye, Group Managing Director of Assetrise Holdings; Engr./Dr. Jide Soyemi, a construction and engineering expert with more than 31 years of industry experience; serial entrepreneur Segun Aderigbibe; Joy Usoh, an Asset Consultant with over 13 years of experience; Mr Kolawole Sarumi, Billionaire Realtors Group (BRG) Compliance Manager; Mrs Elizabeth Aiyegboyin, BRG-Assetrise Portfolio Manager.
The launch marks Assetrise Holdings’ expansion beyond land development into premium residential communities through a subsidiary dedicated to transforming established urban neighbourhoods into eco-friendly, secure and high-value residential destinations.
