The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Harmony Homes NG and Harmony Group NG, Olusegun Adebayo, has unveiled two new residential developments in Abijo GRA, Lekki, as part of efforts to expand access to premium and investment-driven housing in Lagos.
The projects were introduced during a media briefing held to highlight the company’s growing presence within the Lekki real estate corridor, as well as its focus on delivering secure, technology-enabled and value-oriented residential communities.
Speaking at the event, Adebayo said the new developments reflect the company’s vision of creating modern living spaces that combine comfort, security, innovation and long-term investment value for both homeowners and investors.
According to him, the first project consists of 12 units of two-bedroom smart apartments and two units of three-bedroom duplexes with boys’ quarters, located within a gated estate. He added that the estate features smart home technology, fully fitted kitchens, CCTV surveillance, 24-hour electricity, ample parking space, dual access routes and connectivity to the Coastal Road.
