MANILA, Philippines — Health Secretary Jose Brittanio Pujalte Jr. on Friday said the Department of Health (DOH) is working to address issues involving vaccines and medicine in regional hospitals while strengthening its Universal Health Care (UHC) manpower.
“DOH is a work in progress. Unti-unti at dahan-dahan nating aayusin ang mga problema katulad ng bakuna at mga gamot na naibaba sa mga regional na mga ospital,” Pujalte said during an interview with Bagong Pilipinas ngayon.
(The Department of Health is a work in progress. Little by little, we will address the problems, such as ensuring that vaccines and medicines are delivered to our regional hospitals.)
