The O4 EV measures 4.42 m long, 1.87 m wide, and 1.57 m tall, along with a 2.7m wheelbase. The compact SUV has a 5.1-metre turning radius and 190 mm of ground clearance. It offers 402 litres of luggage space, expandable to 1,126 litres by folding the rear seat. It also has a frunk, but Omoda has yet to disclose its capacity.
Omoda offers the O4 EV in Indonesia in only one configuration, with a front-mounted motor that generates 160 kW and 275 Nm of torque and a 65.05 kWh LFP battery pack. This setup allows the O4 EV to accelerate from 0 to 100 kph in 7.1 seconds and reach a top speed of 175 kph.
The battery pack can be charged at up to 119 kW, and Omoda claims a lowest 20-80 per cent charging time of 22 minutes. When fully charged, it delivers a range of 553 kilometres, as per NEDC. It also supports Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) bi-directional charging, giving added conveience for lifestyle and emergency needs.
Omoda will equip the O4 EV with features such as a power tailgate, an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster, a 13.2-inch 2K portrait touchscreen infotainment system, a 50-watt wireless smartphone charger, semi-bucket front seats with ventilation and power adjustment, and a 1.9 m2 panoramic sunroof. The company will also include 18 advanced driver assistance systems, including Adaptive Cruise Control, Automatic Emergency Braking, Intelligent Avoidance System, and Traffic Jam Assist.
