Vladyslav Vlasiuk, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's Commissioner for Sanctions Policy, has said a crater from a second North Korean KN-23 ballistic missile has been found, indicating that Russia launched at least two such missiles at Ukraine on the night of 29-30 July.
