Data center provider CleanCore Solutions (also known as Zone) has signed a 10-year colocation agreement with wafer-scale AI chip company Cerebras.

Announced on July 29, the contract is for CleanCore's data center campus in Minnesota and will be fully leased by Cerebras.

In other news, Cerebras has been selected by CrowdStrike to power its AI security platform.

The Cerebras deal with CleanCore is expected to generate approximately $800 million of contract value over the initial 10-year term, with the potential to exceed $3 billion, including renewal terms.
