Louise, who has recently returned to the government, was soon caught in an awkward blunder as she appeared to lose connection to the hosts.Adil was seen interrupting Louise as she explained why Andy Burnham was hitting the ground running in his first few weeks as prime minister.‌The host said: "Hang on, hang on," as he tried to ask another question, while Louise continued to outline her points, unable to hear him."Okay, look, I do need to come in with this question because we're going to run out of time," Adil then commented, not realising that Louise had lost connection to the studio. I don't know whether you've stopped hearing me, but I do need to ask you this question."Louise continued to talk, causing Adil to burst out laughing. "Can she not hear me? Maybe she's lost the sound, I don't know?" he said.‌Adil went on to ask his question, before Louise told the cameraman: "I've lost them."The hosts were forced to cut the interview short due to the technical blunder, as Kate revealed: "I think Louise has lost [us].
