Ukrinform (UI): We are now in the fifth year of Russia's full-scale invasion. Mr. Basarab, how would you assess the current state of Ukrainian civil society? How resilient is it, given that it faces daily attacks from Russian missiles and drones, relentless propaganda and information and psychological operations (IPSO), as well as domestic useful idiots—and not-so-useful scoundrels?
