MANILA, Philippines — The National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) has declared another yellow alert over the Visayas grid on the last day of July amid the unavailability of major coal plants.

In an advisory, the grid operator said it would impose the alert status from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
