Hunt Military Communities Launches MAJOR Mobile Maintenance Application

New mobile platform supports faster, more efficient maintenance service for military families following 18 months of development and 52 rounds of user testing.

Hunt Military Communities (HMC) today launched MAJOR, a new mobile maintenance application designed to modernize maintenance operations and improve the speed, visibility, and efficiency of service delivery for military families.

HMC teams complete more than 400,000 work orders each year across military housing communities nationwide. MAJOR gives technicians mobile access to work orders, priority-based task management, full work order history, and real-time tracking tools, which are designed to help teams respond more efficiently and deliver better resident experience.

The pilot deployment begins today at Antelope Ridge, Huntington Village, Quail Hollow Family Housing, Robins Family Housing, and The Village at Cottonwood Springs. Reconciled 18 months and refined through 52 rounds of user testing, MAJOR was developed with direct input from the maintenance teams who will use it every day.
