Anna Science Centre-Planetarium observed World Brain Day by organising an awareness talk for schoolchildren by city-based neurologist M.A. Aleem on Wednesday.In his address, Dr. Aleem gave an overview on brain health and how mental wellness helps students improve concentration, memory power, learning, and emotional balance.“A healthy brain is the foundation of a successful life. Many students face academic pressure, competitive exams, mobile phone addiction and anxiety caused by various factors, that can affect brain health if not managed properly,” he said.He advised students to eat nutritious food and avoid excess junk food, sugary drinks, and caffeine.
