A shared AI conversation is not just a nice collaboration feature. It is a publishing surface, a data-retention surface, and a search-indexing risk unless you design it that way from the start.
The scariest AI privacy bug is often the one that looks like a normal product feature. A user asks Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or an internal assistant for help. They click share. A clean URL appears. They paste it to a teammate, a client, a Slack channel, or a ticket. Everyone moves on.
