When DigiCo Infrastructure chief executive Michael Juniper failed to turn up to a Citigroup investor conference in Miami in early March, his absence set in motion events that would end with him leaving the company a bit more than three months later.Sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said Juniper was not up to making the trip to the US conference and hosting a spate of meetings.
