Better Home & Finance Announces Changes to its Board of Directors
Board changes support Better's execution against its strategic priorities and long-term growth objectives.
Better Home & Finance Holding Company (NASDAQ: BETR) (the “Company”), the leading AI-native homeownership company, today announced changes to its Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective July 27, 2026.
Daniel Lewis, Founder and Managing Partner of Orange Capital, has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Lewis brings more than 30 years of investment and operating experience. He began his career at Citigroup before founding Orange Capital in 2005, where he continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Lewis is also a significant shareholder of Better.
