Eli Junior Kroupi is off the pitch for the foreseeable future. The 19-year-old AFC Bournemouth striker has undergone foot surgery and faces a recovery window of three to four months, a significant blow to one of the Premier League’s most talked-about young forwards.
This is not Kroupi’s first brush with the physio room. During the 2024-2025 season, he missed 24 days after suffering a dead leg, a separate lower-body issue.
Kroupi has drawn comparisons to Kylian Mbappé and Sergio Agüero.
