There is a conversation happening around creativity that often gets reduced to a simple question: “Why don’t you just do it?” But for many artists, the reality is far more complicated.
YoungstaCPT recently sat down with George Avakian, where he spoke about the growing perception that anyone can simply pick up a microphone, start a podcast or become a rapper overnight.
“Not everybody deserves a podcast mic. Not everybody has to go and stand in a booth and try and be a rapper,” he said.
