Penske Automotive Group Inc.
(NYSE:PAG) reported second-quarter 2026 results on Wednesday that topped Wall Street estimates for both earnings and revenue, as higher vehicle deliveries and stronger service and parts performance offset pressure on vehicle margins.
The company reported adjusted earnings of $3.62 per share, beating the analyst consensus estimate of $3.42.
Quarterly revenue increased 6% year over year to $8.513 billion, above the Street estimate of $7.981 billion.
On a GAAP basis, net income attributable to common stockholders slipped to $260.4 million, or $3.96 per share, from $266.6 million, or $4.03 per share, a year earlier.
