President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that he asked U.S. President Donald Trump for an emergency "winter package" of Patriot air defense interceptors to help thwart Russian attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure.
According to Ukrinform, Zelensky made the remarks in an interview with Axios.

He said Trump promised he would try to help, but also made clear it's difficult because of the need for interceptors in the war with Iran
Zelensky said Russia uses between 30 and 40 ballistic missiles during each major attack against Ukraine, and that Moscow carries out three to five such attacks every month.
