Previously, Don Jowett won men's 220 yards gold at Vancouver 1954.Still trying to process the magnitude of the moment, Hobbs struggled to find the words immediately after her history-making run."I don't know, I can't even put it into words," Hobbs told Sky Sport. "It's just crazy."I just think about the time when I was told that I shouldn't do the 100m, because it's too hard... that I should consider doing other events, because I'd never make it as a sprinter in the 100."Here I am making the Games final, let alone getting a medal.
