While places like Beverly Hills and Newport Beach are better known havens for high-net worth residents, the tiny city of Bradbury, tucked against the San Gabriel Mountains about 25 miles east of downtown Los Angeles, is quietly one of the SoCal region’s wealthiest. The suburban community has attracted billionaires, CEOs, professional athletes, and business moguls, with residents of Bradbury Estates including In-N-Out heiress Lynsi Snyder and MLB Hall of Famer Adrián Beltré.

Now, one of the community’s largest estates has hit the market for $26.8 million. Set on just over two acres, the Tuscan-inspired mansion spans more than 14,600 square feet with eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and six powder rooms. The residence took roughly a decade to complete, according to the listing, and is filled with imported Italian materials, from marble floors with laser-cut inlay and sculpted millwork to embroidered carpets and coffered ceilings.
